AD SPECIFICATIONS
It is preferred that advertisements be submitted electronically, via US Mail on CD, e-mail or AZ NET News FTP access. Contact our production department for FTP access.
Acceptable formats are high-resolution PDF files, QuarkXPress files [collected with fonts and high-resolution artwork], or InDesign files [collected with fonts and high-resolution artwork]. Microsoft Word on case by case basis. Absolutely no Pagemaker, Microsoft Publisher files will be accepted.
- For four-color ads, please submit file(s) at a print resolution of 300dpi in either PDF, TIFF or JPEG (quality set to "High", "Fine" or "Maximum").
- For grayscale (B&W) ads, please submit file(s) at a print resolution of 300dpi in either PDF, TIFF or JPEG.
- For vector/line art ads, please submit file(s) at a print resolution of 600dpi in either PDF, TIFF or JPEG.
- Color ads must employ CMYK-specified color, not RGB, Pantone, Indexed, LAB or other color pallets.

PRODUCTION/MODIFICATION
Any subsequent production or modification of existing ads will incur a $15 charge.

These are boxed-classified advertising with an ad rate of $25 per column inch.

DEADLINES and DISTRIBUTION
Deadlines are the 15th of January, March, May, July, September and November. The paper is printed the second Wednesday of the following month. 35,000 copies of AZ NET News are distributed bimonthly throughout Arizona and circulated by mail to subscribers ($15 per year) or those who request a single copy ($3).
